I’m an Occupational Therapist fueled by a passion for growth and exploration, both personally and professionally. In my journey, I’ve found that fostering curiosity, collaborative learning, and adaptability leads to profound growth, especially in families and children.

When I’m not at work, I’m prioritizing the activities that fill me up. This looks different every day but often includes exercising, spending time with friends and family, hiking, golfing, or curling up with a coffee and book by the water. Shannon is an experienced Registered Occupational Therapist and psychotherapist, supporting individuals across the lifespan. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Western University and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia, combined with lots of ongoing education and professional development, Shannon has built a strong skillset with a particular passion for supporting children and adults who are highly sensitive, anxious, and neurodivergent.

Central to Shannon’s philosophy is the belief that everyone has the potential to thrive. This approach focuses on trust in individual capacities, addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Shannon’s dedication is evident in her commitment to fostering curiosity, compassion, and collaboration with clients, promoting the best version of themselves.
