Hi, I’m Daniella!

I am a registered Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families through everyday challenges with regulation, participation, and connection.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming, and I strive to create a space where children and caregivers feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that behaviours are meaningful forms of communication. Rather than focusing on changing behaviours alone, I work alongside families to better understand the underlying factors that may be contributing to challenges and to identify supports that help children feel safe, successful, and confident in their daily lives.

Since graduating from Western University’s Occupational Therapy program in 2021, I have worked in pediatrics and developed a particular interest in supporting children who experience challenges with self-regulation. I enjoy partnering with families to develop practical strategies that fit within the realities of everyday life.

As a new mom, I have also developed a growing passion for supporting babies and parents through the many occupations of infancy, including feeding, play, routines, and connection. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the joys and challenges of family life and strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, realistic support.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors, reading a good book, trying a new coffee shop, or spending time with family and friends.

You might be a good fit for working with me if you’re looking for support with: - Infant development, feeding, and routines - Parent coaching - Emotional regulation and behaviour challenges - Sensory processing differences - ADHD and autism - Fine motor, self-care, and school-based skills

Hi, I’m Emilee!

I am a registered Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children and families build confidence, connection, and resilience in everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens when children feel safe, supported, and understood.

I believe that every child is unique, and I work alongside families to understand their strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we explore practical strategies that support participation in the activities that matter most, whether that means navigating big emotions, building confidence in social situations, increasing independence, or supporting everyday routines.

I have a particular passion for nature-based therapy and the opportunities that outdoor environments create for exploration, problem-solving, flexibility, and connection. I love helping children discover their strengths through meaningful experiences that foster curiosity, adaptability, and growth.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending time outdoors hiking, golfing, travelling, or enjoying a good book and coffee by the water.

You might be a good fit for working with me if you’re looking for support with: - Emotional regulation and anxiety - Confidence, resilience, and self-esteem - Social skills, confidence, and friendships - Executive functioning and everyday independence - Neurodivergent children and families - Nature-based therapy & Equine facilitated therapy

Hi, I’m Shannon!

I am a registered Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. Rather than focusing on fixing behaviours or symptoms, I work alongside clients to understand the underlying factors that may be contributing to their challenges and identify practical strategies that support participation in everyday life. I believe that meaningful change begins with curiosity, connection, and a strong therapeutic relationship.

Over the past 15 years, I have supported individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings and have pursued extensive training in areas including anxiety, emotional regulation, sensory processing, neurodiversity, parent coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nervous system regulation. I have a particular interest in supporting highly sensitive, anxious, and neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

I recognize the important role that parents, caregivers, and other supportive adults play in a person’s growth and well-being. Whether I’m working directly with a child, coaching parents, or supporting an adult client, my goal is to help people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic to them.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending time outdoors with my family (probably at a soccer field these days!), exploring local trails, crafting, or dreaming up new ways to support children and families in our community.

You might be a good fit for working with me if you’re looking for support with: - Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation - Neurodivergent children, teens, and adults - Highly sensitive children, teens, and adults - Parent coaching and family relationships - Self-understanding, confidence, and resilience - Equine-facilitated therapy
